Stone Paper

The Blue Economy proposes that we work with what we have. Mines create dumps, quarries have massive dust. Particles in the air increase the risk of respiratory diseases. After 17 years of work, William Liang and his family succeeded in the industrialization of stone paper. In 2016 the total output capacity is 687,000 tons. Considering that this was only 18,000 tons a few years ago, we notice a dramatic growth in paper that is 100% recyclable, forever, that consumes no water in production and frees up land to convert empty forests to biodiverse forests, or use the land to farm food, repleneshing the soil.
